An 8-week virtual therapeutic group for adult survivors of family abuse and estrangement, combining trauma-informed psychoeducation and therapeutic support to process complex experiences, build connection, and heal from the lasting impact of harmful family dynamics.

This group is exclusively available to established clients of The Women’s Center for Healing and insurance will be accepted.
