The Women’s Center is a woman-owned, owner-operated group practice dedicated to providing exceptional care in a supportive, connected clinical environment. Required Qualifications

Licensed Clinicians (LMHC or LICSW) must hold current, active license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Pre-Licensed Clinicians must have a Master's degree and be actively working toward LMHC licensure in Massachusetts.

All Clinicians must have:

Experience providing outpatient services within a trauma-informed framework.

Commitment to culturally competent care, including working respectfully and affirmatively with multicultural communities and gender-diverse populations.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to participate in clinical team collaboration.
Reliable technology setup for remote work.
