 Education & Licensing Requirements for Licensed Clinicians:

• Master's level degree in Social Work or Psychology required.
• LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT license required (MA) for full- and part-time clinical positions.
• If you are license-eligible or in the process of becoming licensed, please indicate this in your cover letter, along with the anticipated date you expect to receive your license.
• 2+ years of clinical experience required.

 Education & Requirements for Pre-Licensed Clinicians:

• Master's level degree in Psychology or Social Work required.
• Candidates must be pursing an LMHC or LICSW license.
• New and upcoming graduates are encouraged to apply!
• 1+ years of clinical internship/experience required.

Education & Requirements for APRN Positions:

• Nursing degree required.
• Candidates must hold an active APRN license in MA.
• 2+ years of experience in mental health care required.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Case load requirements vary depending on FT/PT status.
• Primary population:  Adult women, inclusive of transgender and non-binary clients.
• Provide individual therapy.
• Conduct client intake sessions and devise treatment plans.
• Effectively manage crisis situations.
• Complete clinical notes in a timely manner.

Experience & Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to demonstrate an understanding of client needs when devising and implementing treatment.
• Ability to identify problem behaviors, provide sound therapeutic guidance, and track development effectively.
• Work well both independently and as part of a team.
