What if, instead of trying to fix or change your body like we have been taught, you begin to honor your here-and-now body with kindness and acceptance? In this 1.5-hour workshop led by weight inclusive, fat positive dietitian Amanda Mittman, participants will learn ways to deepen and appreciate their relationship with their body, examine their body story, honor grief that can arise as their body changes, and develop new ways to cultivate body respect. This is your place to rant about diet culture and the negative effects it has had (and continues to have). No matter where you are in your body image journey, this workshop is for you!

This empowering financial literacy workshop, led by banking expert Lena Buteau, is designed to help our clients build confidence and take control of their finances. For much of history, women were restricted from having their own credit cards or bank accounts without a male co-signer until the 1970s. These limitations prevented women from fully engaging in financial decisions and building independent credit histories. The impact of this financial exclusion still affects women’s empowerment today. In this workshop, you’ll gain practical tools for budgeting, managing credit and debt, understanding savings options like retirement accounts and CDs, and recognizing common financial scams. Through interactive exercises and a supportive environment, we’ll equip you with the skills to confidently manage your money and take charge of your financial future.
